BCBA

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supervising behavior analysis programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, behavior disorders, skills deficits, and other behavioral challenges.

Your expertise in behavior analysis will play a crucial role in assessing, analyzing, and modifying behaviors to enhance the quality of life for our clients.


  • Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive Functional Assessments
    • Develop behavior support plans (BSPs)
    • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians, paraprofessionals, and other team members involved in implementing behavior intervention plans
    • Analyze data to make data-driven decisions and modify treatment plans as needed
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and caregivers, to ensure consistency and continuity of care
    • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and intervention procedures
    • Use core assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) and Adaptive skills assessments (e.g., Vineland). 

  • Requirements

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
    • BACB supervisor approved
    • Demonstrated experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
    • Well knowledge of Microsoft and data collection software’s
    • Committed to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards

BCaBA

As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), you will support the implementation of behavior analysis programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

ABA Therapist/ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA and/or BCaBA, provide direct implementation, and collect data. 

Your expertise will be invaluable in implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and providing direct support to clients. Your skills in applying ABA techniques, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with BCBAs/BCaBA's and families will ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care aimed at improving the lives of those we serve.

  • Responsibilities

    • Implement Individualized Behavior Support Plan (BSP)
    • Collect daily data in app or forms designed by the BCBA or BCaBA
    • Write clear and objective session notes
    • Coach caregivers/parents in strategies specify in Behavior Support Plan (BSP)
    • Maintain confidentiality of client information and respect the privacy and dignity of individuals receiving services
    • Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA to report on client progress and seek guidance on implementing behavior intervention strategies

  • Requirements

    • Register Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification from BACB 
    • High school diploma or equivalent education; additional coursework or experience in psychology, education, or related fields is preferred
    • Effective oral and written communication in English
    • At least 1 year experience working with children with special needs
    • Experience in collecting data using data collection software’s
    • Kind and love to work with children
